Our condo fees cover such things as: the water utility, landscaping, exterior maintenance (including roof, chimney, and balcony), snow and ice removal.
Each unit has two dedicated parking spots with ample visitor parking.
There is no pool, tennis court, community room or club house. However, the Karakung Swim Club is only a block away.
Rentals are prohibited.
